When I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, my entire worldview changed.

  • I deconstructed my entire existence.
  • I pulled apart my processes
  • I realised why I did things the way I did
  • Why people had always pointed out that I had unique perspectives
  • How I had become this multi-passionate jill-of-all-trades

When I put it all back together (I’m still putting it back together) I had this new passion and this new understanding of the world, and how I could help creative people like myself, to get to know their brains & work with the chaos they were so good at generating.

I decided to become an ADHD life coach, so I could work with people like me who love to do and know all the things, and so I could learn new skills to help me become a better mentor for my existing (often neurodiverse) business clients as well. 

And now, I’m thrilled to be able to hold your hand on your ADHD journey.

In ADHD coaching, we can work together on whatever you’re struggling with, post diagnosis. Some examples of things I work with clients on are:

  • How to get shit done without burning yourself out
  • How to work with your brain’s unique abilities, to build the life you want
  • How to get things done without the anxiety that used to be your driver
  • How to work well when NOT under pressure

As your ADHD Life Coach, I have a unique understanding of your lived experience, and I can work with you on whatever it is that you want to achieve, so long as it’s for YOU and building the life/business you want.

ADHD coaching is a supportive partnership between a trained coach (that’s me!) and individuals with ADHD. It’s all about helping you understand your unique brain, discover effective strategies, and harness your strengths to lead a more fulfilling life. Whether you’re struggling with productivity, time management, anxiety, or personal growth, ADHD coaching can provide the guidance and tools you need to thrive.

I have just completed a 1 year course to be a Certified ADHD Life Coach with the iACT Centre, one of the worlds leading ADHD Coaching organisations and I am working towards my  (non ADHD specific) accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) which which sets a global standard for coaching and hold coaches accountable to a code of ethics and is the best formal qualification available for ADHD coaching in Australia. 

I’ve been a coach & mentor for small businesses since 2018 running 1:1 sessions, group coaching & workshops.

In 2022 I delivered more than 300 hours of mentoring through a Victorian Government Business Resilience program, where I worked ongoing with more than 30 small businesses to help them recover from the disruptions of COVID-19.

My coaching fees vary based on the type of support you need, and how often you would like to work together. A general guideline is that I charge around $150 an hour, however as I am currently working towards my ICF ACC Certification, I am offering limited reduced rate packages to help me obtain my accreditation faster. 

Coaching sessions are typically held one-on-one via google meet, however I do work with some clients face-to-face. Our sessions are personalized to address your specific challenges and goals. I’ll provide guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies to help you overcome obstacles and create the life you desire.

Not at all! While I do work with a lot of business clients, my coaching is not limited to any specific field or focus. I also work with creatives, students, parents, and anyone seeking to better understand their ADHD and unlock their full potential. Whether your goals are business-related or personal, I’m here to support you.

Coaching and therapy serve different purposes. Therapy often delves into the emotional and psychological aspects of ADHD, while coaching is action-oriented and future-focused. Coaching helps you set and achieve goals, develop strategies, and build skills to improve your life. If you’re already in therapy, coaching can complement it nicely to address practical challenges.

That’s perfectly okay! I understand that starting coaching can feel like a big step. That’s why I offer a free discovery call. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss your needs, and explore how coaching can benefit you. There’s no pressure to commit—your comfort and readiness are paramount. 

While I do recommend my clients book packages of sessions to get the best results, it’s not required and my clients are welcome to book ad-hoc sessions as needed, I’m busy… you’re busy… we’ll make it work however works for you!

I live and work in Melbourne, Australia and regularly travel to other states for conferences & other events.

Sessions are delivered via Google Meet which enables me to keep costs lower. However, for some clients I do in person sessions, especially as an accomodation for disabilities or if site visits to businesses are required. Please contact me if you would like to discuss non-video sessions.
